All photographs displayed on this website and within client galleries remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Client galleries are password-protected and intended for downloading by the client only. Sharing gallery links or passwords with third parties is discouraged unless permission has been granted.

Downloaded images may be used for personal use and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images may not be altered, sold, used commercially, or entered into competitions without prior written consent from the photographer.

The photographer reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes unless the client has requested otherwise in writing.

While every effort is made to back up and store images securely, the photographer is not liable for loss due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
